Gender pay reporting

Under new legislation, employers with more than 250 employees must provide statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees.   

At Leadec we welcome the introduction of gender pay reporting as this represents a key milestone towards the achievement of gender equality in the workplace. We consider gender pay reporting as an opportunity to drive real change that will benefit not only our organisation, but also the wider economy and the population as a whole.  We understand that there is a shortage of female participation in the automotive, manufacturing and facilities sectors and, to this end, we are pleased to confirm that 50% of our Board of Directors in the UK are female.  Nevertheless, our ambition is to further improve female representation at Leadec and to consider how we can promote inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
