Over the next three years, Leadec will provide technical facility management for the plant and other buildings. The team is responsible for maintaining the technical building systems, managing utilities, and servicing numerous technical systems across the 300,000-square-meter site. At the Böllinger Höfe manufacturing site, Audi Sport GmbH produces high-performance vehicles such as the Audi e-tron GT, among others.
Technical expertise for the automotive industry
“This contract confirms the importance of our technical expertise and our many years of experience in the automotive industry,” says Markus Glaser-Gallion, CEO of the Leadec Group. “Our teams have a deep understanding of the requirements of automotive production. We can offer comprehensive technical facility management from a single source.”
Leadec has been active at the Audi site in Neckarsulm since 2017, where it manages security and communication systems, including access control, fire protection technology, site surveillance, and network infrastructure. The close collaboration and regional proximity ensure a smooth start to the new project.
Data base for digital solutions
To establish a comprehensive digital documentation system, approximately 4,500 assets were initially recorded at the plant. The in-house developed app LARA (Leadec Asset Recording & Administration) was used for this purpose. At the same time, the team created long-term maintenance and repair plans. Based on this data, all services are planned and digitally mapped via the Leadec.os platform, ensuring that all services are transparent, trackable in real time, and documented.
