Compliance is the prerequisite for fair and transparent business practice. The responsible and correct actions of every single member of staff strengthen the performance and reputation of the Leadec Group. Our suppliers and subcontractors make a significant contribution to Leadec’s success. Therefore, a common understanding of law-abiding, ethically correct and sustainable actions is important to us and we see this as a prerequisite and basis for our cooperation. We follow the dictates of sustainability and bear responsibility for the economic, ecological and social effects of our actions. You can use this reporting channel to quickly and easily report:

risks related to human rights and the environment as well as violations of human rights or environmental obligations, particularly within the supply chain; it therefore serves as a complaints procedure in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)
violations subject to penalties or fines, in particular violations of statutory provisions or other legal regulations; it therefore serves as a Whistleblowing System in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG)
other compliance violations, e.g. violations of internal guidelines or of the Leadec Code of Conduct; it therefore serves as a compliance reporting system.

You can use this complaints system to submit reports and/or grievances - also anonymously - and set up a secure mailbox for further communication with Leadec, via which you can communicate with Leadec about the reported case, anonymously if you wish.
