Factory Talk about Health & Safety

Occupational safety plays an enormous role, especially in a factory environment. Employers have a responsibility to provide a safe workplace. They must ensure not only the physical, but also the mental well-being of their employees. New production methods and technologies as well as increasing digitalization and incentive systems play a role in this context.

Florian Weber, Team Leader HSEQ Europe, is responsible for occupational health and safety throughout Europe at Leadec and provides exciting insights into this topic.
