At their Mexican sites in Puebla and Coatzacoalcos, Clariant produces a variety of chemicals used in different industries such as Personal Care, Home Care, Oil & Gas, Foundry and Food. To meet the high quality and throughput requirements, the production plants are both particularly efficient and technically complex. From February 2020, Leadec in Mexico will be responsible for their maintenance as well as for facility management.
The services will include, among others, maintenance of the system control, services related to the air conditioning and ventilation systems as well as welding work. Leadec will also use digital solutions for preventive maintenance to ensure optimum performance of plant and equipment. In addition to preventive service measures, Leadec also checks and optimizes the complete maintenance system as part of the contract. This also includes automating previously manual processes.
