The company was able to recruit skilled people in the midst of a difficult market with a shortage of skilled labor as it offers attractive career opportunities and the security of an international player with 20,000 people worldwide and sales of approx. EUR 900 million in 2017.
Leadec now has over 730 employees in Hungary. In recent years, Leadec has been awarded a growing number of service contracts by the Hungarian automotive industry. The company was able to increase sales by 40 percent within five years. In 2017 it generated approx. EUR 25 million in sales.
Recently for example, Leadec was awarded a major contract for an automotive plant in Győr, where important plastic parts for premium vehicles are produced. The contract includes the operation of power supply systems, gantry cranes, gates, water and air treatment systems as well as the maintenance of cooling and heating systems and the fire protection system.
Leadec’s highly skilled employees working at customer sites in Győr, Kecskemét, Szentgotthárd, Szombathely and Miskolc operate the plants’ central power supply systems and provide technical and infrastructural services including technical cleaning of production lines following strict requirements. Leadec’s services make it possible for the world’s most well-known car manufacturers to focus entirely on their premium quality production.
