Targeted development in key areas

Our Leadec competencies are the basis for the targeted further development of our employees. They define clear expectations in terms of skills and behavior and enable tailored feedback and individual development planning.

Leadec Campus

The Leadec Campus is the one-stop shop for learning at Leadec. Employees are invited to relevant training courses via the Leadec Campus and can also enroll themselves. The offer includes specialist training, IT training, management development, e-learning, language training, networking programs and much more.

Management development

The development of our managers is a central component of our learning strategy. Our programs are tailored to the different needs of the administrative and operational areas. They combine the expansion of specialist knowledge with the targeted development of leadership skills.

Modern training initiatives

At Leadec, we focus on innovative learning approaches. The Leadec Learning Week is an integral part of our learning culture. During this week, learning takes center stage: employees and managers from the entire Leadec Group have the opportunity to take part in exciting, innovative and relevant training courses or to offer them themselves.

Space for feedback

The core of our feedback culture is the annual Performance & Development Dialogue between employee and manager. The dialogue is an important moment for mutual feedback and provides the framework for a comprehensive exchange about the working relationship at Leadec. It is complemented by further feedback opportunities throughout the year.

Shape a career

In a large, global company like Leadec, there are many opportunities to develop your potential through development steps in your own area or beyond – be it in another team, at another site or in another business unit. Career paths are an essential part of creating attractive development prospects and securing expertise.

Insights into the world of learning and careers at Leadec

From Brazil to England: at Leadec, learning and development is thought of globally and implemented regionally, directly on site. This approach helps us to grow together and find customized solutions for the further development of our employees. In this way, we create an environment in which everyone can learn from each other.

Germany, UK, Brazil: the Site Manager Program

The Site Manager Program has been the cornerstone of the targeted development of site managers for many years. Here, practice-oriented training in finance, Leadec.os and operational excellence meets fresh, innovative impulses to strengthen leadership skills. Another important component is the networking of site managers from different regions – the focus is on exchanging ideas and learning from each other.

The program never stands still: It is constantly evolving and adapting to current requirements. This guarantees that the site managers are optimally prepared for their role – always keeping pace with the times.

North America: Lean Immersion Program

Continuous improvement is a key factor for the entire Leadec Group. In the USA, there is a specially developed five-week training program for this purpose. Here, participants learn all about lean tools and find out how they can identify continuous improvement measures and put them directly into practice. The special feature: the program is highly practice-oriented and is seamlessly integrated into the participants' everyday work so that what they have learned can be directly applied and consolidated.

United Kingdom: Toolbox Talks

Toolbox Talks are held at regular intervals during shift meetings. These last 10 to 15 minutes and aim to train all employees at our customer sites on important topics. The focus is on occupational health and safety, as well as current topics such as sustainability and measures to increase efficiency. This keeps everyone well informed and up to date – briefly and concisely, directly in their day-to-day work.

Brazil: Elas PODEM

The “Elas PODEM” program – a special development program for women in maintenance - has been running in Brazil since 2024. With a total of five modules covering topics such as electrics, hydraulics, construction, HVAC and management, the program offers comprehensive training. The whole program is accompanied by support and mentoring from Leadec's HR team. The first class has already successfully completed the training – and we are proud of these great women.
