Our Digital Offering

Our Digital Offering

Technology is revolutionizing the factory, and numerous players will make factories smart: Machine manufacturers, software platform providers, data analysts, AI experts and industrial services providers like us. We are fanatical about making life easy for our customers and efficient for everyone in the ecosystem. We remain neutral, from a tech and machine perspective, and plug into everyone’s ecosystem as we move from value chains to value networks.

For your digital transformation

We enhance our service portfolio with new data-based services and offer superior customer experience

We digitize our core business processes end-to-end. This leads to real-time transparency about the services we render and allows us to increase our service quality. At the same time our customers have more insights in our service delivery and can give us feedback on any new requirement faster.

We continuously explore the development of new technologies to make them applicable for our daily service processes (e.g. virtual reality).

We look for new technologies which create a value-add for our customers and seek to offer them in a service model (e.g. AGVs).

Example: You can monitor in real-time the state of our service level - with the Room Control App.

Transform Manufacturing Customer Experience with Faster, Smarter Field Service

We help our customers digitize their production processes and make best use of the opportunities of Industry 4.0

We connect your machinery to the IoT platform because we have comprehensive machine knowhow and domain expertise. With the help of our partner network, we digitize your factory, irrespective of machine manufacturers or platform providers. We install sensors, operate them and then collect and evaluate machine data to make services in the factory more efficient. As systems integrator we connect your software systems and assets to the Cloud. With our partner network we create your digital twin in the cloud and optimize your processes.

We can work with your software or bring in our own – our MES solutions have been used by OEMs and Tier1 for many years. Our robCONTROL system has so far more than fulfilled any cycle time optimization requirements.

We offer new service models and value propositions

With our partner network of customers, machine producers and tech companies we explore the opportunities of technology to create value in cross-domain ecosystems.

In cooperation with the Steinbeis Institute, we started a testbed together with partners to simulate an interdisciplinary ecosystem. Within a neutral platform we work on use cases which add value by applying existing digitalization technology. As a provider of technical services and specialist for production processes, we are a vital, neutral interface between the machine supplier, the IoT provider and the manufacturing company.

We have developed a first customer offer "pay-per-part" together with Munich RE, Bosch and other partners, to be launched at Bosch Connected World 2019.

Leadec at Bosch Connected World 2019

Markus Glaser-Gallion (CEO Leadec Group) and Markus Hucko (COO Leadec Group) talked about “pay-per-part” - a business model which is an alternative to buying and owning equipment or outsourcing part of the production process. Leadec developed it with partners in a Steinbeis testbed.
