For Alan, moving from Ireland to Germany marked the beginning of a new chapter – both personally and professionally. Motivated by the opportunity to experience a new culture and learn another language, he also brought valuable expertise and professional experience to the team.
Since May 2025, Alan has been working as a BI Consultant in Leadec’s AI, Collaboration & BI Solutions team in Stuttgart. A structured onboarding process and the team's open and collaborative approach made his start easier. From the very beginning, he was able to contribute his previous experience and expertise and soon realized that his ideas and suggestions were valued.
