Patrick has been part of Leadec since February 2025. Originally from California, he came to Germany through the U.S. Army, where he served for nine years as an intelligence and reconnaissance officer. After completing his military career, he decided to stay in Germany permanently and begin a new chapter in his professional life.
The transition from military service to civilian life brought many changes. Leadec supported Patrick: from visa and residency matters to onboarding and settling into his new role. Today, he works in the field of Cloud Delivery, drawing on his experience in leadership, coordination, and collaboration across large teams.
