A clear goal in mind: Annasse’s success story at Leadec

Annasse wanted to further develop his technical skills and gain practical experience. That’s why he moved from Morocco to Germany about two and a half years ago and began an apprenticeship as an electronics technician specializing in energy and building technology, at Leadec in Gaimersheim.

Living on his own, organizing his everyday life and settling into his new job – Annasse’s start in Germany came with a number of challenges. Leadec supported him with finding an apartment and handling the first organizational steps. At work, he was able to draw on his existing technical knowledge and quickly take on practical tasks and bring his own ideas to the table. His team helped him to understand workflows and gradually gain more confidence.

From potential to perspective

Annasse’s story shows the potential of international young professionals. The opportunity to contribute one’s own strengths, learn new things, and gain practical experience can lay the foundation for long-term career prospects.
