Stuttgart, Germany, 10/19/23 – Leadec has been awarded infrastructural and technical facility management (IFM and TFM) as well as technical cleaning services at the Mercedes-Benz plants in Hamburg and Bremen. The service specialist is thus now working at 15 of the manufacturer’s sites in Germany.

The risk of significant financial impact from ESG criteria is now rated as negligible. Leadec achieved a score of 8.4 in fiscal year 2022 and currently ranks 109 out of 15,491 companies.

Stuttgart, Germany/Debrecen, Hungary, 06/06/23 – Leadec, the leading global service specialist for factories, has acquired FISS Automatika Kft. effective 05/31/2023. With the acquisition of the Debrecen-based company, Leadec expands its footprint in Hungary and enhances its expertise in electrical engineering and automation.

Stuttgart/Germany, 04/27/23 – Leadec achieved record sales of 1.129 billion euros in fiscal year 2022 and successfully continued its strategic growth. On the one hand, around 90 percent of orders from existing customers were extended, while on the other hand the company strengthened its core business with new services related to electric mobility, sustainability, and the smart factory.

Stuttgart, Germany/Paris, France, 02/02/23 – Leadec, leading global service specialist for the factory, expands its international footprint. Paris-based Leadec France SAS is now providing services to industrial customers in France, initially technical facility management and production equipment maintenance.
