The company is now represented in 16 countries. Stuttgart/Germany, Chennai/India, 10/23/23 – Leadec, the leading global service specialist for factories, has officially opened its new office in Chennai, in the state of Tamil Nadu. After a ribbon-cutting and coconut-breaking ceremony, a panel of customers and industry representatives discussed the future of outsourcing and fuels.

Stuttgart, Germany, 10/19/23 – Leadec has been awarded infrastructural and technical facility management (IFM and TFM) as well as technical cleaning services at the Mercedes-Benz plants in Hamburg and Bremen. The service specialist is thus now working at 15 of the manufacturer’s sites in Germany.

Stuttgart/Germany, 09/21/23 – Leadec, the leading global service specialist along the entire life cycle of the factory, has improved further in Sustainalytics’ independent ESG rating. The risk of significant financial impact from ESG criteria is now rated as negligible. Leadec achieved a score of 8.4 in fiscal year 2022 and currently ranks 109 out of 15,491 companies.

Stuttgart/Germany, 8/29/23 – With its “Green Factory Solutions,” Leadec offers a green service portfolio along the entire factory life cycle. To bundle the expertise existing in this field of services, a total of seven “Green Hubs” are being set up in Germany. The aim is to further expand sustainable services and support customers in the regions from there.

Stuttgart/Germany, Angers/France, 07/27/2023 – To further expand its business, Leadec established a new site for Western France (Ouest France) in July. In Saint-Barthélemy-d'Anjou, the company has rented a hall of more than 12,000 m2 to set up a packaging handling center for a commercial vehicle manufacturer.

Stuttgart/Germany, 06/27/23 – With the newly developed LARA (Leadec Asset Recording & Administration) app, Leadec optimizes the process of digital asset data capture. Based on the data recorded in LARA, maintenance processes in factories and buildings can be optimally planned and managed.
