Meiners Electric is an electrical contractor in Louisville, KY, serving the Greater Louisville Area. Stuttgart, Germany/Cincinnati, USA, 12/03/2021 – Leadec, the leading global service specialist for factories along their entire life cycle and corresponding infrastructure, has taken over Industrial Maintenance & Services of Belton Inc. (IMS) as of 11/30/2021. IMS of Belton is an electrical and mechanical contractor serving the greater Anderson, Greenville and Spartanburg, SC, area. The acquisition strengthens Leadec’s South Carolina hub and broadens their industry portfolio.

Stuttgart, November 4, 2021 – Leadec will be exhibiting its range of battery production services at the Battery Show Europe in Stuttgart, Booth 6-621, from November 30 to December 2, 2021. As a specialized service provider in the factory, Leadec supports its customers from planning to assembly and maintenance of battery lines.

Stuttgart, Germany/Darlington, UK, 09/20/2021 – Leadec has taken over Partners in Hygiene (PiH), a service specialist for the food industry, as of September 03, 2021. Thus, Leadec is strengthening its footprint in the food and beverage industry as well as in technical cleaning and hygiene services.

Stuttgart/Germany, 09/01/2021 – Leadec increases its number of trainee positions in the new training year. Approximately 40 young adults are embarking on their careers in 16 different disciplines in 14 towns and cities throughout Germany. The sites in Reutlingen, Sindelfingen and Schweinfurt are offering training for the first time in 2021, thereby expanding regional training opportunities offered by the technical service provider for industry.

The company has been successfully planning, installing and servicing electrical systems, data processing technology and building automation for more than 20 years. Leadec is thus further expanding its technical offering across the regions.

Stuttgart/Magdeburg, 07/01/21 – With the acquisition of the renowned Institut für Korrosions- und Schadensanalyse (IfKorr, Institute for Corrosion and Damage Analysis) in Magdeburg, Leadec is strengthening its range of services for materials testing and quality management. The focus is on the analysis of weld seams and electrochemical corrosion testing.
