Stuttgart/Germany, Gliwice/Poland, 04/09/24 – Leadec has assembled the 500,000th wheel for the MAN truck plant in Niepołomice, Poland. It was handed over in a ceremony at the end of January and will be on display at the plant. Since August 2022, Leadec has taken over wheel and tire assembly for Europe’s largest truck assembly plant.

Stuttgart/Germany, 04/04/24 – Leadec grew again in the 2023 fiscal year and increased its sales to 1.24 billion euros. The number of employees rose to over 23,000. The service specialist is working for its customers in 16 countries worldwide and has successfully advanced its diversification strategy into other sectors.

Stuttgart/Germany, 03/12/24 – Leadec is using a digital solution to optimize waste management at two plants of an automotive manufacturer in southern and northern Germany. This enables better tracking of waste and material flows in production facilities and increases the recycling rate.

Stuttgart/Germany, São Paulo/Brazil, 02/28/24 – Leadec has been recognized as “Winner Supplier of the year 2023 Award in the Facilities & Maintenance category by Mercado Livre.” Leadec is responsible for technical and infrastructural facility management (TFM and IFM) at 18 Mercado Livre distribution centers in Brazil.

Stuttgart/Germany, 02/08/24 – Leadec has been repairing high-voltage batteries from electric vans from all over Europe at its battery competence center in Hoyerswerda since 2022.
