Stuttgart, 07/26/22 – The Sustainalytics rating agency has rated Leadec’s risk of significant financial impact from ESG criteria as low. In the commercial services category, Leadec holds a top global ranking of 3rd out of 183.

Stuttgart, 07/14/22 – Leadec is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2022 and is donating 6060 euros each to six charitable initiatives. They were suggested by employees of the globally active service provider for the factory. In a 60-day challenge, they walked, ran or biked to raise donations for projects close to their hearts.

Coventry/UK, 05/17/22 – Following an intensive audit process, Leadec Ltd., in the UK, is now certified to ISO 41001:2018. It is the first standard of its kind for facility management (FM) and intended to promote collaborative FM relationships.

Stuttgart, 04/12/22 – Leadec has acquired Castrol Industrie und Service GmbH as of April 1, 2022. The company, previously a service subsidiary in the German Castrol business, provides fluid management services for customers in the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors as well as other industries. The acquisition is a further step in the Europe-wide service partnership for industrial customers that Leadec and Castrol concluded in 2021.

Stuttgart, Germany/São Paulo, Brazil, 03/29/22 – The service processes related to Technical and Infrastructural Facility Management are supported digitally end-to-end at the Mercedes-Benz plant in São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil. Using the digital platform Leadec.os, faults or short-term requirements at the plant can be directly reported. The customer has transparency about all services and can call up information about the systems in production at any time.

Stuttgart/Steyr, 02/28/22 – The service processes relating to technical facility management (TFM) have been completely digitized at the BWM Group plant in Steyr since May 2020. The employees at the plant can report faults or order maintenance activities directly via the Leadec.os customer portal. In addition, they receive transparency about all services and can call up information about the production facilities at any time.

Stuttgart, 01/25/22 – With planning services, Leadec has supported the Volkswagen Group Components plant in Braunschweig in building up the battery production. The supporting tasks include planning and setting up the fully automated MEB HV battery assembly lines including testing facilities.

Hoyerswerda, 01/20/22 – In 1992, AVI GmbH was founded as an engineering office in Hoyerswerda. 30 years later, the three employees have grown to more than 50.
