Learning Together, Shaping the Future: The Leadec Learning Week 2026

How can learning succeed in a constantly changing working world? At Leadec, the answer is: together, hands-on, and internationally connected. The Leadec Learning Week 2026 once again demonstrated the importance of continuing education and knowledge sharing within the company.

Under the motto “Learning Together. Shaping the Future.”, Learning Week 2026 came to a close after inspiring more than 1,400 colleagues worldwide. The Learning Week has now become a firmly established part of Leadec’s annual calendar. For the fourth year in a row, the format generated strong interest. Around 60 global and local sessions were offered, focusing on Leadec’s strategic priorities, current team topics, and key skills for today’s working world.

Over the course of five days, employees gained practical insights into current projects and strategic topics – directly from the teams themselves and with a clear connection to everyday work. Sessions aimed at strengthening collaboration, feedback culture, and modern leadership rounded out the diverse program, ensuring that there was something relevant for every role at Leadec.

Knowledge and Exchange

“The number of registrations highlights the high level of appreciation for our Learning Week. Every year, many colleagues are motivated to expand their knowledge or share their expertise as speakers in their own sessions,” explains Theresa Intorp, Senior Specialist Global People Development. “We are pleased that the Learning Week encourages exchange and gives our employees practical insights into current topics.”

Leadec Campus

It is the central hub for learning at Leadec: through the digitally accessible Leadec Campus, employees are invited to relevant training courses and can also register independently. The offering includes technical training, IT training, leadership development, e-learning, language training, networking programs, and much more. More about Learning & Development at Leadec
