JLRQ is CJLR’s supplier management system for key performance indicators (KPI). It assesses the performance of suppliers on capacity, KPI fulfilment and production site assessment.
Leadec China has provided wheel and tyre assembly services to CJLR from 2013, introducing the British automatic assemble lines. The plant spans over 5,000 square meters and is equipped with the latest manufacturing execution system enabling 100% traceability of all assembled wheels and tyres. The fully automatic wheel and tyre assembly production operates six days a week with two shifts per day fulfilling the high demands of CJLR. Leadec supplies all assemblies in just-in-sequence (JIS) delivery mode directly to the CJLR vehicle assembly plant.
