Henry Kohlstruck will lead the Europe division from October 1st on. Prior to that, the business economist held numerous management positions in the service sector, with a focus on automotive, engineering and consulting. Most recently, he was CEO of AKKA DSW GmbH (2016-2019), formerly known as MBtech Group. From 2010 to 2015, he led the German region for the global development service provider SEMCON. From 1998 to 2010, Henry Kohlstruck held leading positions at Edag Engineering Group AG, from 2006 as a member of the Executive Board. During this time, he was responsible for both the German and European markets.
Dr. Wolfgang Mauz, who joined the management of Leadec in 2008, at that time Hörmann Industrietechnik GmbH, has contributed significantly to the company’s strategic direction and successful growth. Henry Kohlstruck will head nine business units in the Europe division: Four units for Germany (Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, Southwest), Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Austria and the newly re-positioned UK unit.
